Mickie Zada has been a coach most of her life – she just didn’t realize coaching would become her primary profession.

Prior to entering the network marketing industry and creating her current companies, “Be Yourself Now Coaching” and “No Fear Network Marketing”, Mickie excelled in the golf industry. For twenty years she specialized in transforming struggling golf facilities into thriving, profitable ventures. She also was President and co-owner of a golf oriented market analysis and feasibility company in Arizona and co-owner/operator of two public golf courses in Southwest Missouri.

Mickie excels in considering every aspect of a coaching client’s life. To that end, she specializes in inspiring personal growth in those people who are building network marketing organizations. Having personally experienced the valleys and plateaus of building a network marketing organization, she is distinctively qualified to teach her clients how to have fun in their networking experiences: Alleviating the universal fears associated with prospecting and networking is key to that strategy.

She is skilled in empowering her clients to identify and set clear, achievable personal and business goals. Her natural talent is to inspire confidence in others to move out of their comfort zones and toward their desired objectives.

Mickie successfully completed coaching training through Hilton Johnson’s MLMU ProCoach Coach Training Program. Also, as a Certified “Change Your Energy” Coach she recognizes that resistance in people’s personal or professional lives indicates a fear-based life pattern at play. She is skilled in guiding individuals toward a balanced life by encouraging them to replace fear- with joy-based life patterns. The result of this process is that individuals are empowered to embrace life, and their network marketing business, with greater confidence and achievement.

With a coaching style which envelops clients in an environment of safety and confidence, Mickie encourages open and honest communication.
